App and processes work great
For a small business without a lot of infrastructure, Green’s has the app and the curbside inventory/fulfillment processes down incredibly well. Even if things ever go back to “normal” I hope I can still continue shopping at Green’s like this
Good, just needs work
I think they’ve fixed the crashing issues, so the app is functional now.
The search function isn’t great. Eg when you search an item, then click on an item, clicking the back arrow erases the search term.
Also, I don’t remember the last time I had to manually enter my credit card info. Should implement a ‘scan your card’ option to remove the minor inconvenience.
Best App Ever
This app is the best thing since sliced bread. And the service always exceeds my expectations. So easy to shop and place an order. Thank you to the entire staff at the BuHi location! You’re the best!
