Good starter program
Great app its a bit glitchy but it gets the job done thanx for creating this
Decent but incomplete
This app is almost great, but a few key things missing:
- Deadlifts show 3 sets in the app, even though the workout only recommends 1
- No way to track the AMRAP set— you can only go up to 5 reps even on the last set
