Hard to configure

There’s a lot that can be done with this app, but truthfully I’m having a hard time figuring out the basics. It’s making it very time consuming, as a result sapping my energy and joy although the even result is nice. Still, I’m not finding it altogether worth while.

Scam

Canceled my free trial weeks ago and still working with support to get out of this death loop

It's a pity that you weren't able to figure out how to cancel your subscription yourself. After all, this is too transparent a process on your iPhone.

They charged me during free trial

I don't mind paying for apps, but I do mind being charged unexpectedly. I signed up for the 3-day free trial, after which I expected a $4.99 charge after the FREE trial. However, as soon as I clicked to confirm, I was charged $10.81! This isn’t acceptable, and I’d like a refund now.
