Doesn’t save the templates or designs

It has beautiful templates. However, I really disappointed every time I need to create content, I need to go scroll down, look for my template and start from scratch.
The “drafts” option does not save anything.

Rubbish App

I’m not able adjust text appropriately. It’s fine until I save it. Then it comes overwritten with other text. I paid for one year. I’m regret now.

Unable to Save Text

I am unable to save the edited text for the template that I chose. The only option given is the arrow to return back to template, not option to save the edited text
