Delightful Surprise

This game has been an absolute delight for me. I love TTRPGS and while in many cases I play (but most often run) them for rich stories and character interactions/rp, I have always had a soft spot for the West Marches style dungeon crawl focused campaign and this game is basically that in spades. While I perhaps would like more in-depth systems to combat and character building, I feel I'm frankly nitpicking here. For free you get access to a solid and fun little app and for $4 you get access to all the content it has to offer and it's just a one time charge! No ads, no annoying notifications to check out the in-app purchase shop, just a solid and very fun game that is well worth your time! Absolutely do yourself a favor and pick this one up! I've already recommended it to some of my friends!

Loved the grim rpg’s but what happened to the dungeon setup

I absolutely love this and the second grim game so much. As a blind player using voiceover it’s hard to find games that are both accessible to everyone and highly replayable but this company managed it nicely. However the dungeon screens are no longer the fun easy to navigate grids they once were. Voiceover no longer identifies the square you’re on so if you don’t keep careful track it becomes a tap and hope for the best sort of thing. and since it doesn’t label the dungeon exits anymore figuring out where your entering the dungeon to begin with is almost impossible. I’m not sure what changed in the programming but I’m hoping that with this review the games can be made accessible once more. As it is the Dungeons have become more frustrating than fun so I find myself hardly playing anymore and I miss it they’re great games.

Nice RPG to waist some time

This game is easy to understand and enjoyable. The lore is intriguing without being overwhelming, you can outright skip the lore if you want to but it’s normally only a paragraph or two at a time. I play as a spell-caster and you can get really creative with the spell combinations, you can prioritize DPS or focus on buffs and debuffs. I appreciate getting to play the whole first chapter for free but it’s definitely worth buying the full edition. The only thing I would like is to learn more spells at a time. Right now I can only learn 3 spells at a time. I’m still a relatively low Lvl and maybe in the future I will be able to learn more at a time but if not it kinda stinks that I have to spend gold to forget a spell and then spend more gold to learn another without knowing if I will like that combo or not. All in all a really fun game and a good way to spend some extra time.
