Our mission at GRIT Training is to provide the environment, community, and instruction to help each athlete, young or old, reach their full potential and achieve goals never thought possible. This special facility has been a staple for fitness fans in the Jackson area for over 40 years and with recent renovations will continue to serve the area for many more years to come!
