I’ve tried a lot of grocery apps, but Listonic truly stands out. It’s incredibly well-organized, making it simple to create, manage, and edit shopping lists. I love how it automatically categorizes items, so I can shop efficiently without backtracking or forgetting anything. The interface is clean and intuitive, so adding or removing items feels effortless.What really sets Listonic apart is how it helps you plan ahead. This looked like a great option to replace the flaky, annoying Reminders app for shared lists. I downloaded it on my and my wife’s phones, transferred my lists, signed up for premium, and was pretty hopeful about it. Firstly, ads were still showing on my app. I emailed support— telling them that had signed in and hitting the premium subscription option told me I was already subscribed— and they got back to me 2 days later to tell me to make sure I was signed in. So, I sent them a bunch of screenshots and then 2 days later they got back to me to tell me it was a “server malfunction.” Ok... it happens. Less than a week later I was putting my grocery list together through the website interface. I’m guessing it has something to do with the fact that I had two browser windows open with the lists showing— my grocery list just disappears. I tried signing out and in again... still nothing. Still available in the app, so I signed in and out in the app in hopes it would re-upload it... it didn’t. I’m a software developer so I have an idea of how the back-end of systems like this work... this is either someone who doesn’t care, or has no idea what they’re doing. Someone actually charging people for a system with beta-level reliability is just sad.

I live with my father and brother, and since our schedules are so different, it's hard to go shopping at the same time. The fact that we can all update the list and access it from our phones has been a game changer. I have a separate list for house staples, (things we just always want in the house) and a separate one for the asian market because it's a long drive there and I always like to make sure I get everything we need there. Whenever I buy something, I check the bubble without deleting it, which is super handy because when I run out, I can just uncheck it. It's super customizable, with different customizable categories and customizable quantity per unit. The fact that it sorts based on category often makes shipping easier as well. I love this app.

I looked far and wide, and tested everything I came across, trying to find a grocery shopping list app, that filled my needs - AND actually worked...LISTONIC is that App! It has everything you could possibly want or need in a single app! You can list multiple stores; in each store you enter the items and there are many categories; for each item you can list the quantity, how calculated (ie: oz,lb, gal, etc.), price, and any specific notes on product. The list can than be shared thru emails of your selection! The ONLY complaint I have, of this app, is the inability to change or delete items on the cumulative shopping list! All-in-all that’s probably a minor issue, and the App is definitely worth 5 ⭐️!!
