Like the reminders notifications
I like the reminder notifications for garbage pick up. The app is a little glitchy at first but once you set it up it works. I do not like that I still have to login through the web browser to make a payment but maybe that will change in the future. Aside from that your customer service is great. Your drivers are great. I don’t have any problem with garbage pick up. Great job!
Pleasantly surprised!
Downloaded the app a couple weeks ago. Someone took our recycling bin, I sent a message on the app and we had another one within hours. It was excellent customer service and response time without wasting our time! Thanks Groot!!
Nice app…
The only problem I have with this app is that it can crash at an in opportune time. It asks for a picture when you’re sending them a message and a couple times when I went to up load the picture the app crashed. Other than that I like it.
