Description

GroundPad enables the chauffeur to receive reservation and related information directly onto their mobile device along with other critical dispatch communication. Enabling chauffeurs with real time two-way communications, such as specific pickup location details, turn by turn directions, flight status updates and important instructions reduces delays and puts you ahead.

Bugs

App stop clearing a trip after finish. Job stays in the main screen. App logs out by itself.

This app works typically great for me but sometimes it will lag just a bit but nothing too bad to complain about. The most annoying habit it has is after a certain amount of hours the app will automatically log out and unless you check the tablet you will not know if there is another job and that’s not good. Other than that this app is very good. Also an update is needed so that when the chauffeur is at a pickup location and they make either verbal contact or a text communication with the client they can tap the screen on the tablet verifying that they had made contact this way the dispatcher will know and not have to call the chauffeur on the phone. This will make everything so much more convenient for everyone. A Perfect abbreviation for this would be OL/WC or just OLWC. This will mean on location with client.

Need help

1) when receiving an order from dispatch as a chauffeur unable to review the rate or gratuity until the ride is over.
2) when placing a reservation unable to view the rate and any additional fees attached to the confirmation email.
3) seems like our accounting department is having a difficult time reconciling the orders.
4). Once an order is completed I’m having a difficult time determining which ones have been reconciled by the accounting department.
5) do you have a tutorial that might help? I really would like to get paid on time and also I would like to know what I’m being charged for at the time I place the reservation. Hope that’s not too much to ask. Thank you.
