COMPREHENSIVE EXERCISE LIBRARY
All exercises on the app come with video demonstrations, detailed instructions and voiceovers, with simplified 'how to' explanations; because your form and safety matters to us! If there's an exercise you don't enjoy then simply swap out the exercise and choose an alternative. Each workout will have 3 different time options to choose from, allowing you to choose which workout length is best for you on that specific day. This is included in all gym and home personalized programmes.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings within Google Pay after purchase.
Workouts are great.App is extremely glitchy, it takes twice as long to do a workout. Must input info 3-4x for every timer & exercise. Not user friendly or efficient.

Love it so far! My only issue is that when I try to update my personalized plan (I want to change it to a 5 day schedule), the update plan button doesn’t fit into my phone screen. So, I cannot update it. Otherwise it is great!
Loved it until I lost access

The app was going great then I got locked out suddenly, my password didn’t work anymore and I never received an email to reset the password when I requested to do so. There’s no one to reach out to. I canceled my subscription but I definitely don’t want to. I really loved these workouts
Glitchy and Clunky

In theory, it’s a great app and I like the workouts. But it’s so clunky and glitches out too much that it takes twice as long to do a workout. Not user friendly or efficient.
