I’ve used Grupio for several conferences now, and it has never disappointed. The app is easy to navigate, and I love the personalized schedule feature. It’s perfect for keeping track of sessions and making sure you don’t miss anything important. Definitely one of the best event apps out there!

Grupio is a must-have if you’re attending a conference. It makes it so easy to connect with other attendees, find exhibitors and stay updated with real time notifications. The app is user friendly & I appreciate the effort put into making the experience seamless. Two thumbs up!

I used this app recently for a conference and it was super helpful. The schedule and updates made stuff easy to organize without worrying about papers or emails. Plus, I could interact with my other attendees at the conference which made the event much easier to navigate. I’d recommend.

This was our first experience using Grupio for our conference. About half of the attendees downloaded the app. I heard nothing but positive comments about it from those who did. A few without smartphones actually used the mobile app on their laptops. Fortunately the app was relatively stable during the conference. It still needs a little work to keep it from locking up causing you to delete and reload the app. Overall it was worth the investment to set up and create the content. I wish there was an easier way to convert our block schedule that we use for the printed program to the template that Grupio requires. It was a lot of work to create nearly 400 session entries. We will definitely use it again for next year’s conference.
