Good stuff

Very nice and easy to use

App closes, the speed slider doesn’t seem to work. I turn the speed up and the spinner still goes slow. When I come back to that menu the slider is back to a slow speed. When i goes through menu editing the settings the page that allows you to start the booth suddenly does not appear and I have to close app to see it again. I have tried this on iPhone 11 and on iPhone 13 pro Max. As of now I’m afraid to use it for events and may have to go with TouchPix even though I know it’s the same developer.

Just not working at all

Things have gotten so bad. I researched many apps for our 360 and this seemed to be a fairly intuitive one. If only it worked and loaded. 7+ minutes between screens. And processing the videos takes forever to the point where clients leave. When I called customer support I was directed to the chat and there they just kept telling me to restart and delete and readd the app - which I had already done. Cleared the cache, etc etc. the app has problems and for the price you pay I expect something that works.
