Superior service
The City of Greensboro is excellent in all city services. The trash and recycling pickup is outstanding. Those driving the trucks are careful with the pickup of container and depositing them back on the pavement. A couple of months ago a trash truck had a problem and required a service call. I was thankful to be able to commend the driver for the excellent service. Within 20 minutes a service person arrived and had the truck functioning.
Most Informative
This site really answers questions about what can gets whatever it is you are tossing! If I have something new to throw out, I can go to the website and even ask a question about that item - how and where to dispose of the item. As I said in the title, very informative!
Excellent Resource
This site offers excellent guidance on what can and cannot be recycled. I especially appreciate how it points out if alternatives exist for items that cannot be placed in the recycling bin. My only wish is that more items labeled as recyclable could actually be recycled. Too many items (especially plastics) that have recycling markings end up in the green bin.
