Terrible app

If I could rate it zero stars I would. Possibly the worst roll out of any app i know. I’ve not been able to access my account via the app for more than 2 weeks or more and still counting. It keeps giving an error message for the same information I used before. I wish we’d treat ourselves better than this. I definitely will opening an alternate account with a bank that’s not GTB.

Terrible bank app

This is the most terrible bank app have ever encountered ever since have been banking. Must Gtb upgrade her app? Been trying to login to my acct for the past 12days now and kept rejecting the same informations I used before the app was upgraded. Too very bad

Horrible

And they are not even picking calls, I have been calling for over 4days now ! I have waisted $40 on call card , calling every number and they are not responding! I have businesses and I need to get to my account
