Extremely useful for tracking. The insights are proving both interesting and useful. The app is well-thought-out and put-together. There is certainly plenty of room for improvement and for it to become even more useful and easy to use. But even as is, it is very much worth the subscription to me (and you can use many of the features for free). It also allows for a great deal of meaningful customization and adaptability within its current limits, allowing me to make it even more useful for me personally and to solve for the few limits of its current functionality. The pace of development is also impressive and the responsiveness to requests and suggestions (including, in one instance, introducing a major new feature, in a well-thought-out and well-executed way, within one day of the suggestion being submitted) is entirely unprecedented in my experience. In the above instance one of the creators of the app responded personally to my generic customer service ticket and wrote back and forth with me several times until and after my issue was resolved. I certainly wouldn't expect them to be able to offer that level of attention with any frequency. But I was deeply impressed and the experience confirmed my decision to use this app long-term and subscribe to the premium version, feeling confident that it will only get better.
Got chronic illnesses? You need this app.

I’ve been chronically ill since I was tiny, with my life turning upside down at 10. By my teen years, I had the giant three-ring binder most of us who’ve had to advocate for our health have lugged around to doctor’s appointments to carry all of our lab results, x-rays, chart notes, you name it. But we’re in the digital age now and though I’ve tried other apps and services that have kept track of a couple different things, none have covered them all— that is, until Guava came along. This app is truly all-encompassing and the seamless integration with a whole host of patient portals makes compiling all your information in one place a breeze. Within three minutes of installing Guava, I had records SINCE THE DATE OF MY BIRTH in the app, right up to my vitals at my last doctor’s appointment a couple weeks before. There are a lot of features I haven’t had a chance to try yet but I’m stoked just to see that they’re options— insights, planning for doctor’s appointments ahead of time to maximise your visit, logging your medications… this app is amazing and may just be the resource I’ve been looking for to finally retire that old binder. Thank you, Guava!
Beyond my expectations!
Growupppppppl
Just try it! You won’t regret it! This app is a miracle. Since I got sick it has been difficult to keep track of my symptoms, the many doctors I’ve seen and so on. I have notes and records everywhere which made tracking ultimately impossible. Not to mention if you use different doctors it makes using online portal tricky. I have tried numerous apps to help track and all have failed. Either they don’t do enough, charge for full usage, etc. So of course I was hesitant about Guava too. Once I tried it, I’ve never looked back. I currently use the free version. What they offer for free most apps make you pay. The premium option is very nice as well. I, myself since struggling for a diagnosis have so much medical history. With this I can easily look at a graph of the last several years. I can sort through certain tests, symptoms etc. This app offers what people need but they also go above and beyond. I’m so thankful this app exists
Actionable info
Curiously chronic
I admit I’m someone who hates paying for apps if I don’t need to, so I did the free version of this one for several months before upgrading. While the free version was great and helpful, having the auto correlations was a game changer! It gives you information about symptoms, patterns etc that is actually actionable. For example, seeing how my HRV went down when I slacked on cardio for awhile, air pressure changes really affect my fatigue, and I should plan for more/less energy on certain days of my cycle. It’s great to have so much connected as well (watch, BP cuff, 02, smart scale). A big factor for me though is the people behind the app. As I’ve used it over the past year I’ve run into questions or areas for suggestion and they’ve been fantastic. They respond quickly, kindly, and are always receptive to new ideas if you feel there’s an area for improvement. Plus they’ll give you tips for how to modify in the meantime.
