Exceptional app and developer responsiveness

Extremely useful for tracking. The insights are proving both interesting and useful. The app is well-thought-out and put-together. There is certainly plenty of room for improvement and for it to become even more useful and easy to use. But even as is, it is very much worth the subscription to me (and you can use many of the features for free). It also allows for a great deal of meaningful customization and adaptability within its current limits, allowing me to make it even more useful for me personally and to solve for the few limits of its current functionality. The pace of development is also impressive and the responsiveness to requests and suggestions (including, in one instance, introducing a major new feature, in a well-thought-out and well-executed way, within one day of the suggestion being submitted) is entirely unprecedented in my experience. In the above instance one of the creators of the app responded personally to my generic customer service ticket and wrote back and forth with me several times until and after my issue was resolved. I certainly wouldn't expect them to be able to offer that level of attention with any frequency. But I was deeply impressed and the experience confirmed my decision to use this app long-term and subscribe to the premium version, feeling confident that it will only get better.

Truly Useful

I struggle with mental illness and have long wondered where all of my medical information was and how it should be safely kept. I downloaded Guava thinking it would help. Well, it has. I’ve easily connected online health accounts, uploaded paper records (which it securely extracts data from and applies the information to my account), tracked my medications (what I’ve been on in the past, allergies or side effects to certain ones, and what I’m currently taking), and my symptoms. The symptom tracking is what I find most valuable. I can track my symptoms such as anxiety, racing thoughts, etc, and it builds the big picture. The app then allows you to generate reports based on input.

Overall: Guava builds a timeline of health. Allows you to quickly access anything in it securely. And creates medically adept reports which can be provided to medical professionals. I trust this app with my private data, and would recommend it to others.

Amazing app

I never write reviews for apps, but Guava is absolutely amazing. There’s a lot of potentially useful features like symptom logging, notes to prep for appointments, etc. that I don’t really take advantage of, but mostly I just love being able to see all my records and health data in one place. You can get literally all records from all time and all health systems to show up in a single place, and view them all super easily. Everything is super well organized and you can easily export and share the data. There’s also handy features like definitions for medical terms or abbreviations that show up directly in the chart and simple explanations of blood test results that make it much easier to interpret.

Highly recommend for anyone who is dealing with complex health issues or chronic conditions and wants to more easily view and manage their health data or better understand their condition.
