Guess Mushroom - is a simple but exciting app that will help you pass the time usefully.
In a playful way, you learn about previously unknown mushrooms, and gather additional information about already known.

If you are beginner mushroomer in the mushroom kingdom, then regularly playing in our quiz, you'll pick up new knowledge quickly.
If you consider yourself a "guru" of the mushrooms world, then you once again prove yourself that you know absolutely everything about mushrooms, or almost everything.

There are more than five hundred mushrooms in our catalog, distributed worldwide, edible, inedible, poisonous and all-all-all others.

At any stage of the game you can see additional information on mushrooms in Wikipedia directly in the game, without switching to browser.

In each quiz round you get points for all correctly guessed mushrooms, and the results are stored in a scores table. Over time, you will gain more and more points, strengthen knowledge in mushrooms.

I’m glad this exists, and I appreciate its simplicity. If I could change a few things, I would include additional pictures and allow toggling between binomial and common names. I really appreciate you creating this and offering it for free, though.

As a professional mycologist, I enjoy this app. With the link to Wikipedia, it’s easy to learn about mushrooms that I don’t know or want to know more about. To the person/people that created this free, fun and educational app…THANK YOU

Fun little app for mycophiles

This is essentially mushroom flash cards with a timer but it's lots of fun and they have a tremendous variety of species and seem to add them pretty frequently. One thing I wish it had was a global scoreboard, I would like to see how my 51 second perfect 60 would hold up. Also I wish they would use some of my mushroomobserver.org pictures, username doctorghosty, please go wild.
