Description
This is a check in tool and is very similar to the iPad app. For admin tasks, please continue to use the web based app.
With this app you can:
- Search and check in guests by name, custom fields, etc
- Add new guests
- Monitor arrival log
- Edit and manage events and attendees
Dark mode supported!
The app will sync in realtime with other connected iOS devices and Macs, just like the iPhone and iPad app will.
The main benefits to using this app over the web based check-in are:

Please note the following features are not available in the Mac app:
- Scanning tickets/barcodes (using either the camera or external scanners)

Time of event not correct on guest manager
I’ve had two events where I use guest manager to link with event ticketing and the times were wrong for every event we had. We had a class in Chicago that started at 9 AM and guest manager will not let us scan our attendees in until 10 AM and would not sync with event ticketing app from Shopify. No email or contact to fix. Please advice
Awesome Application!
I contacted Guest Manager about needing a solution to check in 2,500 guests. I wanted to scan guests in, instead of checking them in by name. I was able to work with them to import all my guests, design my own tickets, email them to everyone, and finally they rented me 12 laser scanners to use. We scanned all 2,500 guests in just under an hour with no lines. A+ for the great support and easy to use solution
Highly recommend
Worked really well for my event, I created an account online, imported my guests and emailed everyonel a scannable ticket that I designed, all through the software. Then I used the app to scan everyone in. Highly recommend!
