We've had to upgrade our share link / share QR-Code solution. All GUIDOs have been reset to "Unpublished" and must be published again. Please make sure to update your printed QR-Codes as well because they will change.

With our new version v3.7.2 you are now able to record audio annotations on web and play them anywhere.

Version v3.7.0 introduces a new automatic translation feature. You can now translate any text inside a GUIDO into your preferred language. This feature will be extended in the future. Additionally, we bring performance and user experience improvements throughout the app.

Version 3.6 brings quite a few improvements for our timeline. The following features are now available: - You can now add subtitles to any timeline item. Simply click the '3 dots' on a timeline item and select "Edit subtitle". - You can now copy and paste individuall timeline items. This even works across GUIDOs! - We refreshed the design of the timeline. It's now more colorful and in line with our annotation design. Of course, we also included some smaller fixes and improvements.

- We improved the library filter functionality and made it easy to clear the filter - It's now possible to duplicate very big GUIDOs (> 3GB of data) - General bugfixes and performance improvements

Our last version of 2023. We've enjoyed watching you create explanations with guided doing and will be continuing with lots of new features and improvements next year! In this version, we - We added a new "fast camera mode" which lets you take pictures and videos directly in your timeline - You can now put annotations on top of templates - You can now easily rename navigation items with just one click - We've extented our text document option - PDFs are now loading faster and smoother

We are fixing a few bugs and made some improvements behind the scenes.

Version v3.4.2 brings the beta version of our new 'template' feature. You can test this by adding a new item to your GUIDO and choosing "Template #1 (Beta"). Soon, we will expand this feature to provide multiple templates with a lot of customisation options.

Version 3.4.0 introduces a new big feature: Glossary. - With the glossary, you can easily explain words that appear in your GUIDO. You just need to explain the word once and are then able to link to it in all of your GUIDOs. For your users, glossary words will be highlighted in text annotations so that they can view the explanation directly. More features to the glossary will be coming soon as well. - You can now search & filter the table of contents of a GUIDO - You can reach our support portal directly via the app. - We've also fixed a few small issues and upgraded our tech in the background.

v3.3.1 brings you a completely new layout for text annotations. You now have more space, are able to set a title and can also put links to any website inside your text. Additionally, we have a few small improvements: - It's now possible to refresh the library by pulling to refresh - You can directly share GUIDOs internally after creating them - A few bugfixes here and there

We are introducing a new feature: Statistics. As creator or manager of a GUIDO, you are now able to See how often your GUIDO has been viewed. You can also see which users (your which of your employees for example) viewed the GUIDO. This feature will be extended in the coming weeks and months. We also added a few other small improvements. For example, it's not possible to open the feedback mode directly when viewing a GUIDO by clicking the new feedback button on the top right.

Version v3.2.3 contains a few bugfixes when creating new GUIDOs and when viewing shared GUIDOs.

With version v3.2.2 you can now manage access to groups directly within the app. Just click on the little 3 dots besides a group and you will find options to add others users to your group to collaborate. Additionally, we upgraded our tech which means guided doing is now faster than ever.

With v3.2.1 you can now configure if your shared GUIDOs can be duplicated by other users. They can then use these shared GUIDOs as templates for their own. Additionally, we fixed a few bugs (for example, link annotation are now closed properly in edit mode) and improved the performance for Safari.

Version 3.1.0 completes our redesign of guided doing. What you can except: - A completely redesigned library. Discover your GUIDOs, organise them and find them even faster. - You can continue creating your GUIDO when uploading annotations. Your content will be uploaded in the background and you can view the status at any time. Creating GUIDOs is way faster now. - When viewing GUIDOs, content will load much faster on second viewing. - We've reworked our onboarding animations. New users be introduced to guided doing easier now. We won't stop here, though!
