Site and app down for a week now

Since things have changed over to the new layout and such, it’s been spotty access at best and hard to access my daily usage/cost statistics.
The site and app have been down for a week now and only just got a notification my new bill is posted. Kind of hard to pay the bill when you can’t get to the payment function.
Lastly my costs are still significantly higher than average even when they should be bare minimum for being out of the house (optimum settings, unplugged unused electrical, etc.). I’d like to know where this usage and expense is coming from since my bill is up 1/4 higher than this time last year while using much less!!

Sure wish I could give 0 stars

The app doesn’t connect to my account. I don’t know maybe the app works right it’s just Gulf Power’s fault. From literally having to speak gibberish to talk to an actual person, then when they finally answer they give bogus information sending you back to the app that doesn’t work, I just am so upset that they literally will not take my money. It dumbfounds me that a power company has the poorest customer service of any company I have ever come into contact with. Working for utility company myself, I’m very thankful for the lineman actually out there doing the work and all the field employees. But whatever they have decided to do in the office has completely ruined their reputation as a company in my eyes. I just want to pay my bill and surely hope after two months of trying to resolve all the issues and finally figuring out all I have to do is say blah blah blah on the phone to speak to a rude and non helpful representative every single time, that they don’t cut my power off. My best regards to the few actual career-loving employees that still work there. I’m sure this will be one of the notes on my account as well. Thanks Gulf Power :)

Months after the “update”

Why is this app still not functioning properly?? Logged in yesterday to pay bill and NOTHING will load; the landing page just sits, blank. It asked if I wanted to tour the new features the first time I logged in, but the screen went too wide for viewing......it’s a mobile app......y’all have more work to do. This isn’t the first time since the switch, it’s the third. I just want to pay your bill, make it easier.
