If you like contra then this Is the game for you!!!!! But the only flaw I have a problem with is that you don't show the controls, but other than that a great game!!!!!
Used to be Great...
This game used to be awesome... Epic music soundtrack, great 80's references, and fun, paced progression through an endless run against enemies. Like Contra for Iphone. I used to leave my phone off auto-lock and idle on this game just so I could listen to the bad-A. music. For a long time though, I have been unable to even get to the title screen. When I launch it, it flips upside down and zooms in with no buttons or sound and "freezes," making it unusable. Thanks a lot, developers. I was great, now it's just worthless. I even tried deleting it and re-installing it (thereby loosing all my progress and cool guns) to fix it, but still doesn't work. I'm deleting this game and "tossing it into the trash." Play Angry Birds Transformers, same style, epic music, no problems!
Death beam still non-functional
Played this game a lot with the goal of getting the death beam. Eventually earned enough coins. Found out that the death beam barely can kill the enemy soldiers. Have to jump in strange patterns for it to even hit the drop ships a little bit. Very underpowered and doesn't target at all (can't change the firing angle). The "Ripley" gun is very good though, but don't bother buying the death beam.
