Lots of Fun
I bought this game thinking that it would have an English language option, since it was being featured in the US App Store. Though there turns out to be no such option, I've had a lot of fun playing the game, and stumbling around the menus for a whole was enough for me to learn the basics.
However, if you are uncomfortable playing a game that is not localized, you might want to wait.
