Gurbi: Trade homegrown food with locals

Gurbi connects gardeners and urban farmers with one another to trade homegrown crops and amazing edibles. It’s really simple; post your healthy, vibrant goods in a snap. Search localized listings, find great goods and make a trade. Grow, list, search and swap!

Eat and share healthy homegrown food from your garden and ones nearby.

Gurbi is:
• SIMPLE: Simply add pictures, a description, and the quantity of the homegrown food you want to list
• LOCAL: Browse nearby listings by location, date, or even category
• EASY: When you find an offering you like, click “Start Trade”, choose the offering you want to trade with, enter a quantity, and hit “Submit Trade”
• INTUITIVE: The other party will be alerted of your offer and can Accept or Decline
• SOCIAL: Chat instantly with neighbors right in the app to set up the swap
• FUN: Add a profile picture, view your current listings, review your completed trades, and see your ratings/reviews
• FRESH: Define desired trade area, configure alerts and notifications
• GOOD: Connect with local food pantries to get your homegrown food to the hungry
• GROWING: We want to celebrate your green thumbs and help you get to know your neighbors! Help us grow by sharing Gurbi with your friends.

We’re cultivating community through crops (and other tasty goods)… we call it Soil to Social.

Gurbi was just recently launched. We want to hear if you like it or love it. Give us feedback and a rating to let us know. We are always working to make Gurbi the best it can be. You can chat with us anytime at Hey@gurbi.net.
