Welcome to GUST, a fun and friendly swim school with its own warm and welcoming Centre of Excellence which has taught thousands of youngsters of all ages how to take to the water with ability and confidence.

This is our Companion App, designed with Parents and Guardians in mind. It allows you to view session information, view feedback from instructors, see what awards your child has earned, send messages to the Team and so much more.

At GUST, we have a simple ethos – every child should be able to swim with confidence. And when it comes to learning in a safe, fun, and friendly environment, they’ll find nowhere better to achieve that goal.

Family-run, we have our very own purpose-built Centre of Excellence for the express purpose of delivering the highest quality swimming lessons for children of all ages and abilities, from tiny babies to teenagers.

Children enjoy a vibrant and sparkling pool which is a lovely 31 degrees, while for parents every cubicle has baby change facilities. Snacks and drinks are available, and we also have our very own swim shop – all in an irresistibly bright, colourful, and caring environment.

Why did we build our pool? Research has shown that one in three children are leaving primary school unable to swim. More than 70% of schools do not even implement swimming within their timetable. Also, parents often find existing leisure facilities to be outdated, both in methods and facilities.

At GUST, we see swimming not as a luxury, but a fun, vital, and potentially life-saving skill. One that will bring enjoyment, and safety, for years to come.
