We’re excited to roll out a set of long-awaited improvements focused on faster, hands-free editing and chatting: First — AI Edit now supports Voice Mode for individual exercises. Press and hold to describe what you want to change about your sets, and we’ll draft it for you. You can set things up from scratch like “5x5 @ 225,” or adjust on the fly with prompts like “drop all weights 10%” or “lighter today, bad sleep.” Second — the Workout screen now supports Voice Mode for all edit actions. Hold anywhere to talk and ask to add, delete, swap, reorder, rename, change the date, or just ask a question about your workout. Review the preview, then Accept to apply. Finally — Voice Mode comes to the Home screen. Hold to speak your message and jump straight into chat with your transcript ready to go. We’d love to hear your thoughts and where we can improve. We're excited to release some long awaited changes in this major update: First - we've gotten many requests for better analytics for you to track your training and progress, and we heard you! Tap the "Stats" tab on any exercise screen to view your history of sets, your personal records, and estimated 1RM for every rep range PR, and detailed charts on your volume and strength progress! Second - we've been planning to improve our use of AI in building and editing sets for individual exercises - and today we're releasing "AI Edit" for sets within a workout. Tap the "AI Edit" button and quickly explain whatever you'd like to change about your sets. You can use this to set up sets for an exercise from scratch like entering "5x5 @ 225", or editing existing sets with prompts like "these weights are too heavy for me today, i didn't sleep much last night".
