Nice start to learning weight training
The gym guide is nice for beginners and for people looking to find other ways to exercise different body part. The developed programs in there now are simple and the video guide helps ensure the technique is right. I think it could be useful for people new to lifting and those that have been at it for a while.
This app is great. Very clean interface. Helps you find exactly the type of exercises that can help your routine, quickly. Load times are fast so you don't waste any time between workouts.
This app has detailed videos and descriptions of a huge range of different exercises. So helpful to determine proper form and technique. Also features some fun predefined workout routines! App goes great with the MyTraining App. Love it!!
