Love the app. I appreciate that it offers more specific training to the specific positions or events you play. Which is awesome as a track athlete. However, I haven’t figured out how I can do workout for the other events that I do. Like if I do high jump and 100m, I can only choose one to “focus” on. I also wish the app told me what I was working on in that workout or if I could even pick which area I could be working on. Also maybe more technique training but that’s not a big deal

When my friend first told me about GymPact, I was a little bit skeptical because I’ve never been the type of guy to use an app for workouts. But, when I gave GymPact a try, I soon fell in love. GymPact offered me great workouts and had all the information I needed for me to become the best version of myself. Not only that, but the interaction with the app was simple and allowed me to quickly understand how everything worked. Overall, GymPact is a wonderful app and I highly recommend it.

When my friend first told me about GymPact, I was a little bit skeptical because I’ve never been the type of guy to use an app for workouts. But, when I gave GymPact a try, I soon fell in love. GymPact offered me great workouts and had all the information I needed for me to become the best version of myself. Not only that, but the interaction with the app was simple and allowed me to quickly understand how everything worked. Overall, GymPact is a wonderful app and I highly recommend it.

The app is great but I think that there could be more things that improve quality of life on the app like maybe the app could keep track of the sets we do to help us keep track of where we’re at in the workout and maybe something that could give a “complete” or done button fot certain exercises but other than that the app is amazing and a great way to implement AI into athletic training and this can definitely go somewhere in the future
