운동기록하고 루틴 추천까지 👍
엑셀 파일 사용해서 기록했었는데 짐워크 사용하면서부터 더 다양한 운동을 다양한 루틴으로 할 수 있어 도움이 많이 됐던 것 같아요. 앱 사용하고 나서 벤치도 10kg 이상 증가했고 전체적인 근육 밸런스도 훨씬 좋아졌어요. 추천하는 운동이 어떤 건지 헷갈려서 구글에 자세 찾아보기도 했는데 최근 업데이트 하면서 간단한 영상 업로드 되어있어 낭비 시간 단축했네요👍
사용한지 거의 일년 다 되어 가는 것 같은데 꾸준한 업데이트로 제 몸도 업데이트하고 있습니다. 모두들 득근하세요💪💪
