An absolutely wonderful app

I can’t recommend this app enough. It is so simple, and intuitive. It has everything you could possibly need to track your daily breathing exercise. While all the other apps want you to pay exorbitant fees, and in my opinion pack in a lot of filler that isn’t necessary, this app costs 99¢ for the month, which is more than reasonable for what you get. it also has plenty of options to customize the breathing guide, music, breath pace, and more. I use this app every single day, and I love it. To the developer: you are a wonderful human being and have created something extremely special. Thank you for sharing it with the world.

Better than meditation

I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s and decided I needed to be the one to take responsibility for my treatment. I read Wim Hoff’s book Ice Man then down loaded this app. It’s better than Wim Hoff’s app I think. Doing the exercise I first could feel my nerves bouncing around from my shoulder to my hip and across my body. By the third session I was a lot calmer and centered. I do this three times a week and along with the other things I’m doing, forced exercise, supplements and yoga, my symptoms have dramatically dropped.

Fantastic App. Needs a little tweaking on some UI

I love this app. It’s perfect for doing self-breathing sessions, but I’ve found an issue during each time I go to tap the screen during retention. I’ve lost completely progress over my sessions because the app will swipe to the main menu whenever I’m just trying to tap the “begin retention” option. If there were to be a lock to make sure you don’t swipe back by accident, and a prompt asking you if you’re sure just in case you do want to exit the session by clicking a “back” button, I would be forever grateful!

Still gladly supporting you guys with the monthly subscription, and I’m incredibly thankful for making it only $1/month!!
