First, I sign up with an email I always use. I don’t have any other. I login on the app just fine. I try to go to their website to login on there as well, but it says that my email isn’t registered?? I think “maybe there’s a step I missed” so I go back to the app, but it took me a while to actually find an FAQ. I open it, and it barely helps as there are no links that can direct me to the proper solution.

Anyway, that’s it. Please fix this.

I usually go every now and then to the place and when I do I use my phone number to get reward points and such. But now I can’t. They said to use the app and to use the receipt to upload it and get the points. I just tried to download the app and Sue it. But when I sign up. The app crashes. I tried deleting and doing it again. I try to log in since it did get created but the app keeps crashing. And I tried again to open it but it just crashes immediately. The app gets a one star and I can’t even put my points in or see how much I had previously with my phone number.

There are so many glitches. I haven’t been able to add points or redeemed anything because my app will not work for me. Every time I try and open it, it vanishes and returns to my Home Screen. It’s disappointing especially since I am treating a family of five to one our favorite spots. We can’t even benefit from the points or add all the ones from our purchases with this app.
