Started using this app in the New Year because I wanted to start reading more. It’s been a great way to stay motivated and I find myself logging on every day to see what everyone else is posting, which helps motivate myself to keep it up! I’ve met new people along the way with common interests and 21 days in and now I’ve made reading a part of my daily routine!
Get that extra encouragement you need to actually form a habit
I like it. It let my friends and I work on creating a meditation habit. Helps you get your rear in gear and actually do it when you see that one of your friends just posted about meditating for the day.
Healthy and social
I’m already three habits in and working on forming more. The social aspect is great and I’ve enjoyed growing with people. If you’re looking to improve your life and get rid of those old habits, this is it!
