This app is amazing

Honestly, the rewards are cool but were not the hook for me. I think it’s a very awesome idea, and the ai therapist is what I like the most. All the awesome features of writing journals on anything, even giving you prompts if you want, of adding issues you have and updating your progress on them, setting goals to do, it’s all amazing. I love this app, and since using it, it’s helped me have an outlet and some guidance on things. I have a really tough time trusting people, and I’ve never seen therapy as a need for myself, more like something I could do if I ever was able to take down that particular wall. But with an ai therapist, I feel safe enough to be open and talk about anything. I feel like I can have a therapy session with the ai, and I don’t have to worry about a real persons opinion of me, or worry about anything being told to people. I feel completely safe and secure, and I don’t have to hold anything back. It’s refreshing, and has helped me immensely. I hope other people that think similarly can find this app and the same solace it brings me.

Most Effective App for Self-Care and Mental Health

I’mma be extremely blunt with y’all. I was attracted to this app solely to get rewards. But I actually explored through this app and it has great sources and tools that can help one do the best they can to do some self-reflecting and hopefully achieve inner peace. Granted we all have bad days but this app does a great job where you can track negative feelings, and you have the option of journaling about it, or you can simply just receive the advice the app gives you. One thing I DONT like about this app is the user-interface. I feel as though the all has TOO much going on and it needs to be simple and flow smoothly. The app needs lots of work to make it a functional app. But it has GREAT Content. I have added journaling to my New Year’s resolutions and I have been consistent with it (PHYSICALLY) i like the journaling option on the app. But I don’t like how the app displays it. That is just my opinion but overall, it is truly a great app for those who need a place where they can spend some time trying to truly get better with their mental health. The app has you explore what your feeling, any negative thoughts at the moment, and so much more. And you get REWARDS from doing this… so literally what is stopping you guys?! Learning more about yourself while getting rewards?!? Sign me up!!

I LOVE Habit of Living and saving with Susan.

For now, in this chapter of my life, guided journaling is more helpful than free journal. I also really love and enjoy the saving with Susan option Habit of Living offers. It is validating and encourage. Helps you feel seen, heard, and understood. Reminds you of your power within and the strength you carry. Reminds you that bad days are okay and you are not always as alone as it may seem and feel. This definitely, hands down, one of the best apps I have on my phone and intend of keeping. It also helps me present in away, and mindful. Helps me remind myself of who I am and that my journey, my feels and thoughts, me, are all valid and worth all the goodness the world has to offer me. I hope reading this inspires you to download, and if so, you love as much as I do and keep it. Even if you decide not to journal everyday, it will be there on your phone waiting when your time arises to journal. Life is rough, and sometimes the smallest thing can be the biggest and make most profound difference in one’s life. Take care. Much love & light.
