Our brain is wired to reward us with happiness chemicals for every activity which our brain thinks is important for our survival. We have studied the neuroscience of these hormones and figured out how to measure and stimulate them.

The key to a happy lifestyle is in the right balance of your happy hormones: dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin & endorphins.

Stop Suffering

Some of your daily activities give you short term pleasure but make suffer afterward. That's what Buddha called the path of suffering. Eliminate such bad habits by adding and tracking them in the app.

Become Healthier

The more you focus your attention on the activities that bring you long term pleasure, the better you feel and the healthier you become.

Learn Lessons

When you add an activity and analyze it in the notes, try sharing a lesson with your future self by formulating a simple positive affirmation. To create such an affirmation put it in the Curly Brackets in the Notes section of any Activity. Example: {I am brave to share my feelings with the family and colleagues}


The app stores the information on your device only. Nobody will see anything you note unless you send them a screenshot.


Allow the app access to your photos to automatically fill your daily activities with photos you made while doing them.
