Ever wanted to be a hacker? Play Hack RUN! Hack your way into the heart of a mysterious organization to uncover their secrets. Hack RUN® is a game which uses 'old school' command prompts (like DOS or UNIX) that simulate a real operating system. Learn the commands of each system to help you navigate through your adventure.
As you hack into their systems, you will learn about the organization and the people who work there. Read files and emails to find clues and riddles which will give you access to more accounts. Data found on their systems will help you learn about the motives of the organization, and how dark their plans can get. You may also discover dirty little secrets about the employees as well.
Hacking into new accounts or discovering key information will increase your skill level. As you achieve your goals, you will move closer and closer to the final achievement; over 50 levels deep!

This game = tons of reading and word puzzles
I didn’t feel guilty about spending so much time on this since it wasn’t a typical mindless game. I spent hours reading and problem solving. It’s a great way to excersize the brain's cognitive skills! I am in love with games like this. It was a well planned out mission with achievemnts that kept me motivated to push through when things got really challenging. I only used the hints when I absolutely needed them, and I’m glad they were there- some levels were really tricky. I’m looking forward to playing more games like this.

Cute and fun!
Having been a fan of hacking games since first playing Uplink years ago, I jumped at the chance to try this game, and I wasn’t disappointed! It’s good for a casual playthrough, and some of the codes were tricky to figure out but not TOO hard. I enjoyed how the story keeps you following one bread crumb to the next and never left me bored or wondering what to do. I would definitely play the sequels!
Awesome hacking simulation game!!!
I couldn’t believe how tricky this game is! Great puzzles and it even includes hints and answers if you want them. Fantastic! I can’t wait to play the rest of the games in the series.
