No point in an app if it’s website only
You literally can’t do ANYTHING thru the app. Even to log in you have to open a browser page. Then after logging in, it takes you back to the app. But to make any changes in the app, it brings you back to the browser page. It so poorly designed I’m wondering why they even bothered to make an app. You literally cannot do anything with it. 1000% worthless.

Apple Wallet
Plus 1 on the need for ability to import ID cards into Apple wallet.
Please move that up on your priority list.
