HAKOMetar Plus pruža korisnicima informacije o trenutnoj kvaliteti njihove bežične/mobilne internetske veze u kontekstu mrežne neutralnosti. HAKOMetar Plus u potpunosti je usklađen s BEREC-ovim izvješćem iz 2014 (Monitoring quality of Internet access services in the context of net neutrality, BoR (14) 117) te omogućava: - mjerenja brzina uploada i downloada, pinga. - provođenje mjerenja u svrhu provjere mrežne neutralnosti (TCP/UDP-testovi, VOIP testovi, proxy testovi, DNS testovi, i dr.). - pregled svih rezultata mjerenja na karti s mogućnosti filtriranja po parametrima testa, statistici, operateru i vremenskom razdoblju, - prikaz statistike o rezultatima, - vrednovanje i prikaz rezultata mjerenja pomoću semafora, - pohranu i prikaz korisničke povijesti provedenih mjerenja. Napomena: Alat je namijenjen u informativne svrhe, te rezultati mjerenja ne mogu služiti kao dokaz u žalbenom postupku
