Hammoq 4+

I’ve used Hammoq for several months now. After our initial adjustments and tweaking the work process, we have a wonderful workflow. We are all humans and sometimes there are mistakes BUT the team is super responsive and they ALWAYS correct immediately. My rep Jared returns my texts with a super fast call even quicker than I expect. Since beginning with Hammoq, my listings and sales have dramatically increased which was my main goal. I have more time to source which is really the fun part of reselling. 😊 Looking forward to much more success thanks to my super Hammoq team. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

At first the app seemed great. I was able to upload pictures and have the team assigned to me create listings. Then things just started going downhill. The app and the desktop version hardly ever works. I had issues from freezing, to not uploading pics, to credits being removed without listings being drafted.

As far as the team that was assigned to me I constantly had to ask them to post on another platform even if I selected that in the app. They made numerous mistakes in my listings like creating double listings with slight differences and adding SKU’s to my descriptions (my personal skus have the product price).

It was hard to get anything solved not only because of time difference but because it took forever to fix the bugs. There were times where I’d wait days to have something fixed. I would delete and reinstall the app to see if that worked. And I was told to clear my cache to fix the desktop.

All in all there were just too many issues to make me want to continue using the service. It should be easy to just upload pictures and provide whatever data is needed to make a listing but it was never that simple. I used the app since August thinking we could overcome these issues but I could not sacrifice the time to sit around waiting for things to continually be fixed.

I am very happy with HAMMOQ. The team that does the work to create the ads are very good, easy to work with, and communicate well. The few times I’ve had to have them adjust an ad they have done it quickly. They are very thorough and easy to work with. I love how they get so much done each day. They are a huge help to my business and I’m very happy I found them.
