Great app and service

Great app and great service but buses are still not showing up in the latest update for me?

Awesome

Drivers are professional and courteous. Great way to get around safely and comfortably.

Would never recommend

Bought a pass through the app and waited with 6 other people for the 1pm bus in sag harbor to go to montauk for a birthday celebration. It never showed up and there was no way to contact them. Completely unreliable/a waste of time and we had to find an alternate mode of transportation.
