1. Download the app.
2. Open the app and click on “Enroll” on the logon screen.*
3. Enter your personal information and account information.
4. Create your Username and Password and enter your contact information.
*If you are already enrolled in Online Banking just log in with your Username and Password. There is no need to enroll.

Great Easy App to use

They have fixed all the flaws and made it easier to use.
I am a very busy RN and don’t have the time to maneuver though an app that takes several tries just to get to your statements.
Hancock has done a great job with this app, thank you.

Dep Ck Feature Crashes

Tried everything, even called but could not deposit my ck over the phone with customer service rep. Banks better get a backup system for when computers or Internet FAIL, not just make us sign a paper that they are not at fault when software or internet is not working...
I Updated everything. Delete app and install again. After it crashes, must log back in again. I am wiped out but need to dep a check, as I am out of town, and needed this feature to work even though I barely use it. Tried the reg app and tablet app. They are broken on my iPad.

Landscape View

Have updated the app after the issue with IOS 14, but can’t get it to appear in landscape view on my iPad as i was able to before.
