Be Amazing Toys ,

Great app. Easy to use. Easy to set up

WE have used this app at trade shows for many years. The folks at Handshake are really nice and helpful but I hardly ever have to bother them as the set up and updating is very easy, and more important, writing orders at trade shows is very very easy, quick, and accurate. Orders are transmitted electronically to our warehouse so there is no need for someone there to type them into the system. And the customer gets a clear copy of the order immediately. We love it

Synced? ,

Sync meter and progress

The sync meter is not a useful feature. Does not give any real indication of what has synced, level of progress, or how much data needs to sync. Having to pump sync numerous times, completes, then tells me it only partially synced. Frustrating.

Great app but customer service needs help

We have been using this app for a couple of years now. It works great but if you need help with anything god help you because you can’t call to talk to anyone. You have to send an email and then hopefully someone will write you back within 24 hours. Then you have to respond to the email and who knows how long it will take to get things resolved since they don’t call you just all by email. The customer service for this app definitely needs to be better. I’ve reported an issue on Monday morning and it’s now Thursday with only 1 email sent to me and no resolution.
