#FFFinally! A picker that knows its place?! #BADA55!

TLWR: This is a FAST, FREE, simple, immediate-action app. You hotkey, you click, it copies the HEX to your pasteboard, octocet (#) included. So you click white? You get "#FFFFFF". No muss, no fuss.

Oh, quick note to all the devs out there: It's a system wide color picker. It doesn't need a mixer. It doesn't need to retail my last 3,000 samplings.

It. Needs. To. Sample. Colors!

Instantly. With no fanfare. You're deluding yourselves with dreams of being... what? The next great COLOR PICKER? Good gods! If I have Photoshop, or SketchUp, or Illustrator open, your app is worthless to me. And when I'm doing dev work? I want to SAMPLE A BLOODY COLOR! It's a UITILITY. Not an art tool.

Oh, and NINE BUCKS for some of those? Which serve only to make ONE job it should be good at harder and worse!? Sheesh. This is why I always tell my devs to use their own products.

HandyPalette? Commits NONE of those crimes. It keeps a history, sure... If. I. Want It. But otherwise? It quietly and efficiently transfers the tip of my pointer to my pasteboard. Exactly as it should.

Hats off to you Nakamura san! You nailed it. Stick a donate button in the About or Preferences dialog, and I WILL give you nine bucks for this.

Kore wa kanpekidesu. Henkō shinaide kudasai!

Wouldn't even open

I was looking for something to replace an amazing app called Color Picker (Apple broke it two 'upgrades' ago by forcing them to use the system color picker). This app looked like it had promise. Crap! Don't waste your time.
