Hanmi app is so easy to navigate and get task accomplished on the phone. Going to the Bank is always pleasant. Very welcoming, professional and kind. Special thanks to Artesia blvd location.
Pathetic app & bank
This bank is pathetic & is only around thanks to Korean immigrants who don’t know any better. There is a $500 daily limit for their debit card & atm withdrawal which is ridiculous in this day & age. They also don’t provide tap to pay for their cards which is really basic technology. Also when you sign up for e statement, you’re basically signing up to never receive statements at all as they never send them through emails as written in their estatement agreement. Also you can’t print out your statements yourself and they charge you at the branches to do so. Ridiculous.
No credit account, no flash when process check
This app requires further development, it is so inconvenient to separate checking and credit account, also the photo function is bad when try to process check through phone, photos can get very dark and there is no option to turn flash on. It is ok but far less convenient than other major bank apps
