I’ve been using this app for several years and it has been life-changing. The meditation teachers are excellent, and the overall content is consistently high quality and very helpful. It’s an incredible resource for reducing stress and anxiety, and also for simply building more happiness into daily life. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how many benefits regular meditation has brought me. Highly recommended!
…since 2019 when my mom sent me a text link to a meditation challenge! I have been motivated to learn more about insight meditation and have attended retreats and book studies and countless other Happier challenges. It has truly changed my life for the better. My reason for meditating has changed over the years. Amazing. Thank you, Dan, for creating this community.
I transitioned to Happier after using another app, in part because I was looking to more variation in the mediations. Happier definitely delivers - whether I am in a moment of anger, stress or anxiety Happier has a meditation or wisdom clip that helps me from getting stuck in the unproductive aspects of the emotion. I also enjoy the walking mediations which really help me take meditation off the pillow.
I use this app for work as a challenge. Every year I get excited when I’m able to lean on this app for guidance in the present moment. I joke and laugh when I start the app and say let’s see what’s for today, but as I come in tune with my body, breathing and I feel the moment it changes my mood and almost puts me into another world.
I’ve been a 10 Percenter for many years, and my meditation investment has made a difference that often far exceeds the “10 Percent” model. For example, I am a novelist who regularly plugs into Jeff Warren’s creativity and ocean-breathing meditations to plum the depths and get through logjams.

Haven’t used this app for long but love the simple easy meditations without judgement of doing right or wrong. Very gentle and helpful. One ask. I would love it if there were some meditations for caregivers. I feel we are growing in numbers and this, usually, unpaid work can be very stressful.
