Happily is here to make work more fun and rewarding. Everyday, you'll be sent questions about how you feel at work and how you would like to improve your workplace.

Earn coins and gems just from answering questions or from receiving recognition from your co-workers. Redeem special rewards with your earnings!

You can also participate in meaningful experiences at work in your Happily Village:
- University: Create or join classrooms to enhance your learning
- Running Track: Compete with your peers on distance walked or run. We integrate with the Health app for your fitness data.
- Houses: Take a quiz and find out which house you belong to!
- Gift Shop: Use your coins to buy gifts for others

-AI Summaries and Stats for Messages: Managers can now filter conversation threads by direct report in the Messages tab. Each thread includes an AI-generated summary to highlight key talking points for effective 1:1 conversations. Users can also view their feedback history with an analysis of recurring themes.

-Set Personal Holidays: Users can set Personal Holidays from Profile > Settings. This ensures you won't receive daily pulse questions while away, and your engagement streak remains unaffected. Managers can choose to manage team feedback or redirect it to their direct manager during their holidays.

-New Olympic Theme: Enjoy our new theme to celebrate the Olympics!

Great application but a bit buggy

It helps transform my company greatly. Just a friendly feedback to make the app more stable and/or responsive.
