Happy Atoms 4+

I wouldn’t go so far as to say this app and the molecule set it works with are for kids up to 17 years because by then hopefully they’ve learned chemistry that moves beyond this set. It is still a good support app to complement the molecule kit; together they provide a good basic visual understanding of bonding as well as the structure and significance of common molecules. All in all a great learning tool for kids. The scan features is very limited, however. It had difficulty distinguishing between the yellow Silicon atom and orange Phosphorus atom. It also was particular as to where you selected on the molecule. Fortunately, the app comes with a feature to manually select the correct atom where recognition fails. Good work.

Ok I guess it’s an okay way to learn about atoms but it’s still annoying and confusing and it doesn’t scan my atoms correctly like 70% of the time. It was SO ANNOYING to get the atoms to sit straight without rolling everywhere so that the camera could ACTUALLY SEE THE NAME. It’s also really repetitive with the whole “scan, identify, repeat” kind of thing. I was really confused at the start because it didn’t teach me all the controls to the app. So maybe if it became a more exciting experience it would be decent but honestly? It’s boring. It’s just not really fun. There’s probably many other ways in this world to learn about atoms than Andee and Harper who are probably pngs off of google. It’s giving “10 year old science project” so just try to make this whole idea a lot more fun and interesting. Sorry if it came out as mean but I mean like it’s constructive criticism bestie westie 🥰😃 this was boring and I was bored you play this and you will sleep like I did. If you’re trying to create a new way to get people to sleep then you’ve achieved that, all you have to do is stare at the app while thinking about all the better things you could do. SORRY IF THAT WAS MEAN. NO OFFENSE BUT I DONT THINK 17 YEAR OLDS WOULD EVEN GIVE UP 1 MINUTE OF THEIR TIME TO PLAY THIS- BYE POOKIE BEARS OHHH by the way you should listen to a song by Adele called remedy really good.

People of happy atoms: PLEASE put in a manual for which elements go where (This is for when you put away the setup) it is just JAMMED when I put it in my closet. I also want to know why you have it delete all data when you switch sets, for example: What if you have the starter set and want to upgrade, You would have to do everything you have done AGAIN!
