Version 3.1.2
We’ve added two new features to give you more flexibility and control over your HappyNest experience:
Instruction Expiration
It’s now possible to set an expiration date for Pickup/Drop-off, Laundry, and Folding Instructions.
If an expiration is selected, a reminder will be sent one day before the instructions are set to expire, making it easy to update or renew them on time.
Vacation Hold with Set Duration
Going away? You can now place your account on vacation hold for a specific period.
Previously, vacation holds continued indefinitely and had to be manually turned off. With this update, service will automatically resume after the selected time.

Started off good
I’ve been using happy nest since cinch when out of businessAlthough they are expensive they are convenient however a few weeks ago I noticed one of my shirts didn't come back I didn’t say anything then a couple weeks later I notice two more of my shirts didn’t come back so that was a total of three they were later returned but also they don’t use garment bags with bras because all my bras the hooks are ruined they also don’t follow the instructions because I ask for all black pants to be hung and they not once did it and then today I went to go reach for a towel and I noticed the towel wasn't mine so as of today I’m done
Don’t waste your time
Let me save you some time. I signed up to get some peace of mind and help with my laundry. I was given an update in the morning that that I was the 22nd stop. I left the clothes outside since I had errands to run around 7am. It’s about 6:30pm and the clothes were still outside with 2 other stops ahead of me. How do you only have 1 vehicle to do pick ups all over the city? I shouldn’t have to sit home all day then put the clothes out… if that were the case I’d do it all myself and I’m not going to leave the clothes outside all day like that. This lets me know that’s what would happen when they drop off my clothes at a random time. You’re better off finding another service that gives you an exact time for pickup. They charged me a $25 cancelation fee….. that’s fine, but they can’t seem to manage their time and don’t care about clients time so it lets me know they don’t care about my laundry.

pass- too many issues & overcharges
The idea of convenience is always great – the execution of the convenience – especially with this app/“Service “is another thing entirely. Sometimes it was OK, most of the times it wasn’t. Nearly every single invoice was riddled with overcharges,new charges and corrections and it was very difficult to get resolved. there wasn’t even a price list for all of these extra things. No rules until you learned about them the hard way. I mean $8 for a bag closure fee.
you’d get a text that your order was being picked up or delivered and X amount of stops away… 12 hour window. Or you’re the next stop in four hours later you get your order delivered or picked up.
Missing clothing, wrecked clothing, holes, bleach spots, stains-not removed, wrinkled stuff – just so much more of a hassle than anything. What a shame.
