We are continually releasing new updates to further improve your mobile banking experience. This version includes user interface improvements, security updates and bug fixes. Please be sure to turn on automatic updates to make sure that your app is always up to date.

Constantly Locked Out
Every single time I try to use the app on my iPhone I get a message saying it cannot validate me as a user. I have to call and get a new password. EVERY. TIME. There is no feature to ask security questions. The app is useless and the inability to manage my money via the app is likely going to drive me to bank elsewhere after 25 years as a customer. I’ve called and no one seems to be able to figure it out... but it’s been clear that I am not the only person having the issue.

I have been a member at HAR-CO for about 10 years plus and I have always been happy with the service. Lately I have had a lot of transfers with money dealing with family issues and Frank Margonis has been great to me. He always takes his time and is always making sure he is precise with what he tells me. I recently refinanced my truck and he helped me greatly! Thank you very much Frank.
Nice features but has a way to go to catch up to other institutions
Love the new features but the new app is slower than the previous one. The new mobile deposit is great because it saves me a trip to the bank. However, the app takes forever to log in and once your logged in you have to keep entering your password. Also a personal preference but I dislike how the accounts now show, they aren’t in order and it’s harder to tell which account is which. Overall, the app is just okay. It’s still got a way to go to reach the ease that other institutions have.
