Spotlight for Safari. Increase productivity by quickly navigating through your open tabs.

A beautifully designed search engine for your tabs. When we have many tabs open and are confused about which window's tab is it already open in, we go ahead and create a new tab with the exact same content. This makes your browsing experience too cluttered and less productive.

Hare makes it faster for you to jump on any tab, you have open, by doing a fuzzy search on factors like URL, title etc. When you are all done with your tabs, you can have a nice interface for them to close it at once based on your fuzzy search.

— Fuzzy search on your tabs across multiple windows.

— Action to close multiple tabs at once while doing a fuzzy search.

— Use Keyboard shortcuts to navigate quickly through the features.

— Quickly jump from one tab to the previous tab in one command
— Close one by one tab in a list view

Almost like Opera

But the cursor doesn't move to the search field automatically - and it's slow. It would be better with customized hotkeys as well.

Developer Response ,

Hi, Thanks a lot for the feedback.

1) The cursor not automatically focusing on the search field is a limitation on safari. Safari doesn't allow autofocus on a dynamically loaded input whereas it works on other browsers. And I completely get that it hampers UX a lot and have also raised this to Apple but no luck yet. As soon as Apple fixes on their end it should automatically work. Meanwhile, a workaround for this is to use tab key and it should bring you to the field.

2) Yes, the customised hotkeys in under development and is almost finished, it should be available for use in the next release.

Let me know if there are any other feature asks, would love to incorporate them! :)
