Harmonica Key Pro lets you unleash the power of your harmonica. Use it to quickly reference keys, positions and scales between the most common harmonica tunings.

With improved reference notes you can also practice getting that bend perfect.

From the stage to the side of the Mississippi Delta, this is the tool harmonica players need. Made by a harmonica player, for harmonica players.

Note: This app is for diatonic harp players. If people really like it, maybe we will do chromatic next! Stay tuned.

What does it actually do?

I bought this app hoping to learn some scales and positions on my harmonica. There are no instructions about how the app works or what any of the app notations mean. Basically a chart of the notes on a harmonica. Less helpful than a Google search.

Update - I looked through every option offered in the app and came to realize that there is only one option actually works (Blues scale). The other scales don’t show which notes are part of the selected scale. I guess the developer had plans to build an app but didn’t finish it. This should be removed from the App Store.

Wrong info

Shows wrong scales, notes, for many keys and scales. Tried it first with blues scale on C harmonica 2nd position with no issue (tiles show green for appropriate notes on scale) then try for major scales in many keys and often shows wrong notes or won’t highlight (change tile green) for scale notes. Unfortunately tool is not functioning as should be. Requesting refund.

Harp souns

Just miss the actual harmonica sounds from the previous version but it is still a great app for quick reference.
