So, I was very apprehensive when signing up. However, I truly so enjoyed the first workout. It was soothing with the gentleman that was teaching me. It didn’t last long for my first, thank goodness! But at least I started!! Super excited!! I have lupus, fibromyalgia, DDD, severe spine and neck issues, and. Tarlov cyst on S3 that irritates & can cause more inflammation in the nerves of my spine. Today was great!!! I will continue to work with this app to hopefully relieve a lot of the pain I live with on a daily basis. AND I’m even going to incorporate the food changes. If you are in the fence, don’t wait! I will keep you updated. I think I log my progress on TT, we will see if I am brave enough. I CAN DO HARD THINGS! Have a blessed day!! Honestly, I never write reviews, but this is ridiculous. I was suggested the quiz for this app on google so I decided to take it and then when I was urged to buy a package to use the app I thought maybe it could be helpful so I purchased the package for $15 because it was “on sale.” The very next page urged me to get the “extra package” for $50 which I did not want to pay, so I tried to search for a button that allows you to skip to the next page and there was nothing that allowed me to do that! I thought maybe if I clicked the button for the package I could just cancel the transaction when it asks me to pay (I used apple pay) but no, it immediately charged my card. I emailed the support email to get a refund, which I was happy to hear back from, but fair warning, you are not going to talk to a real person, they utilize ai (which they are transparent about in the email) which is fine but slightly annoying not talking to a real person. Thank you if you read this and I recommend trying a different app that doesn’t force you to buy extra expensive packages if you don’t have money to spend willy nilly. The nike pro app is a great app with great workouts of all types that I used to use for a long time! And it can be used for free.

This review is not for the actual exercise programs, but for the terrific customer support. I was overly ambitious when I decided to try HARNA workout programs and realized that I did not have the time to justify the price of the subscription. I contacted customer support and within a few days, I received a very courteous and helpful email from Kearna at HARNA. She was very understanding of my mistake and did tell me that there were shorter workouts available if I ever changed my mind in the future and decided to try HARNA again. But without any questioning , she refunded my original purchase price and canceled my subscription. Kearna was extremely helpful and polite and it was a pleasure being assisted by her. I would hope anybody experiencing an issue could be helped by someone as conscientious and kind and courteous as Kearna.

Love the concept and design and ease of use. The app is very simple and I like that but also wish there were a couple more features. Biggest issues are with the workouts themselves. Most of the workouts don’t line up with what the instructor says and what the woman in the screen is doing. The instructions repeat themselves in a different voice sometimes too. Some exercises feel EXTREMELY catered to a beginner with very easy exercises and way too long of breaks and others feel like they didn’t think about beginners. There are some moves they are doing that are more advanced and they just tell you to do it with no instruction. It gets frustrating and disheartening and makes me want to just give up bc I’m not understanding. I’ll keep trying it but I just end up skipping steps sometimes. Honestly might just do my own yoga flow on the days it calls for yoga bc I hate the yoga videos for these issues. I wish there was a feedback option at the end of each workout.
